Een arylalkaan fosfiet antioxidant, geschikt voor een verscheidenheid aan polymeren, waaronder ABS, polyolefinen, polycarbonaten, coatings en PET-vezels. Het kan zorgen voor een goede kleurverbetering en thermische stabiliteit, zowel tijdens de verwerking als in een later stadium. Als een efficiënte hulpstabilisator en chelaatvormer kan het, bij gebruik in harde of zachte PVC-materialen, effectief de thermische stabiliteit van de verwerking verbeteren en de kleur en transparantie van de producten behouden. Voorgesteld toevoegingsbedrag: 0.1-2.0%

Antioxidant DPDP Application scenarios

1. High-Efficiency Stabilizer for PVC:

As an auxiliary stabilizer, suitable for both rigid and flexible PVC, it inhibits thermal degradation and discoloration during processing, improves transparency and weather resistance, and is suitable for food-grade rigid sheets, medical tubing, heat-shrink film, agricultural film, etc. It is often used in synergistic effects with barium-cadmium, barium-zinc, and other metal soap systems. The typical addition level is 0.3% – 1.0%.

2. Processing Protection for Polyolefins (PE/PP):

Inhibits thermal oxidative degradation of PE and PP during high-temperature processing such as extrusion and injection molding, reducing yellowing and mechanical property decline. Suitable for films, pipes, injection molded parts, etc., and synergistically enhances its effects when combined with hindered phenolic antioxidants.

3. Color Retention for ABS/HIPS Resins:

Prevents thermal oxidative degradation of ABS and HIPS during high-temperature processing, improves yellowing and mechanical degradation, and enhances the appearance and long-term stability of products such as electronic casings and automotive interiors.

4. Polyurethane (PU) Anti-yellowing:

Effectively inhibits phenolic yellowing and NOₓ yellowing in PU, improving thermal stability. Used in PU foams, elastomers, adhesives, etc., such as automotive seats, building insulation foams, sealants, etc. The addition amount in polyether polyol polymerization is approximately 0.5% – 1.5%.

5. Synthetic Rubber Anti-aging:

Compatible with styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR), etc., inhibiting thermal oxidation during high-temperature mixing and vulcanization, improving the durability of elastic threads, seals, hoses, etc. The addition amount is typically 1.0% – 2.0%.

6. Coatings and Adhesive Systems:

Added to automotive coatings, industrial anti-corrosion coatings, polyurethane adhesives, etc., enhancing the weather resistance and heat resistance of coatings and adhesive layers, preventing oxidation, yellowing, and chalking. Suitable for various industrial and civil coatings and structural adhesives.

7. Processing Stabilization of Engineering Plastics:

Used in polycarbonate (PC), polyester, polystyrene (PS), etc., it is compounded with primary antioxidants to improve processing and usage stability, suitable for electronic and electrical components, textile fibers, etc.

8. Compound Stabilizer Compounding:

Used to prepare liquid and paste-like compound stabilizers, it produces a synergistic effect when compounded with primary antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers, enhancing the overall anti-aging effect, and is suitable for various polymer material processing systems.
