Application scenarios

1. Anti-aging of Natural/Synthetic Rubber:

Compatible with NR, SBR, NBR, BR, IR, etc., inhibits thermo-oxidative aging during mixing, vulcanization, and long-term use. Suitable for tires, seals, hoses, conveyor belts, etc. Typical addition level is 0.1% – 0.5%. Low migration, extraction resistant, suitable for rubber products requiring long-term stability.

2. Latex and Elastic Yarn Products:

Used in latex yarns, medical/household gloves, baby pacifiers, foam rubber pads, etc., to prevent thermo-oxidative degradation and yellowing, maintaining elasticity and appearance. Remains stable and protective after multiple washes/boiling, meeting food contact and medical grade requirements.

3. Stabilization of ABS/SBS/SIS Resins:

Inhibits thermal oxidation and yellowing of ABS, SBS, SIS, etc. during high-temperature processing, improving the appearance and long-term stability of electronic casings, automotive interiors, shoe materials, adhesives, etc. Synergistic effect when compounded with auxiliary antioxidants.

4. Light-colored PVC and polyolefin products:

Suitable for light-colored/transparent PVC, PE, and PP products, such as food packaging, medical catheters, and films, preventing thermo-oxidative degradation and discoloration during processing and use, maintaining transparency, and enhancing weather resistance when combined with phosphite esters.

5. Carpet backing and foam materials:

Used in carpet backing, foam rubber mats, bathroom mats, etc., inhibiting thermo-oxidative aging and yellowing, improving hydrolysis and immersion resistance, extending service life, and exhibiting low migration to avoid contaminating the substrate.

6. Adhesives and sealants:

Added to hot melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, polyurethane sealants, etc., inhibiting viscosity increases, yellowing, and decreased bond strength caused by oxidation, improving storage stability and long-term reliability.

7. Long-term protection for engineering plastics:

Used in engineering plastics such as PBT, PET, and PC, inhibiting thermal oxidation during processing and use, suitable for electronic and electrical components, automotive parts, etc., and enhancing weather resistance when combined with UV absorbers.

8. Coatings and Paint Systems:

Added to industrial anti-corrosion coatings, automotive coatings, water-based coatings, etc., to prevent coating oxidation, yellowing, chalking, and cracking, enhancing weather resistance and durability. Suitable for light-colored/highly decorative coatings.
