Antioxidant 8621 Application scenarios

1. Polyolefin (PE/PP) Processing Stabilizer:

Used for high-temperature processing such as extrusion and injection molding of polyethylene and polypropylene, it inhibits thermal oxidative degradation and yellowing, improves the color stability and long-term aging resistance of products, and is suitable for films, pipes, injection molded parts, etc., especially suitable for thick-walled and outdoor products.

2. Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Thermal Stabilizer:

It has both auxiliary antioxidant and metal chelating effects, is suitable for rigid/flexible PVC, inhibits processing thermal degradation and discoloration, and reduces metal ion catalytic degradation. It is suitable for products with high requirements for color stability, such as pipes, profiles, wires and cables, and films.

3. ABS/HIPS Resin Protection:

Prevents thermal oxidative degradation of ABS and HIPS during high-temperature processing, improves yellowing and mechanical property degradation, and enhances the appearance and long-term stability of products such as electronic casings and automotive interiors.

4. Polyurethaan (PU) Anti-vergelend:

Effectively inhibits phenolic yellowing and NOₓ yellowing in PU, improving thermal stability and anti-aging properties. Widely used in PU foams, elastomers, adhesives, coatings, etc., such as furniture foam, automotive seats, and sealants.

5. Synthetisch rubber Anti-veroudering:

Compatible with SBS, SBR, NBR, BR, and other rubbers, inhibiting oxidative aging during high-temperature mixing, vulcanization, and long-term use, reducing migration and extractability, and improving the durability of elastomers such as tires, seals, and hoses.

6. Coatings and Adhesives Anti-aging:

Added to automotive coatings, industrial anti-corrosion coatings, polyurethane adhesives, and other systems, inhibiting oxidation, yellowing, chalking, and cracking of coatings/adhesive layers, enhancing weather resistance and durability, and extending product lifespan.

7. Technische kunststofstabilisatie:

Used in engineering plastics such as polyester, polyamide (PA), and polystyrene (PS), in combination with primary antioxidants to improve thermal stability during processing and use, suitable for textile fibers, electronic components, and other fields.

8. Synergistic Stabilizing System Combinations:

Combined with hindered phenolic primary antioxidants and UV absorbers to produce a synergistic effect, enhancing the overall anti-aging effect. The recommended addition amount is typically 0.1% – 1.0%, adjusted according to the material system.
