CHLUMIAO® 5057 Gebruik

Antioxidant 5057 is een vloeibaar aromatisch amine antioxidant met goede compatibiliteit, lage vluchtigheid, goede dispersie, hoge antioxidatieve efficiëntie en 100% activiteit zonder verdunning tijdens toevoeging. Gecombineerd met gehinderd fenol antioxidant 1135, fosfaat ester antioxidant TNPP en gebruikt om een uitstekend synergetisch effect te produceren. Het is geschikt voor polyurethaan, vet, smeermiddel, elastomeer en biedt een hoge thermische stabiliteit bij de verwerking van polyurethaan. Remt peroxide en voorkomt schroeifenomeen. Bijzonder geschikt voor automobielproducten, meubelproducten, vezelstoffen en ander zacht schuimpolyurethaan, kan de unieke lage vluchtigheid vermijden veroorzakend kleurenvlekken. De algemene dosering is 0,5-1%.

Antioxidant 5057 Application scenarios

1. Polyurethane Foam Stabilization:

Used in flexible polyurethane foams (car seats, furniture, mattresses, etc.), it inhibits the formation of peroxides during polyol storage and transportation, preventing core burning, scorching, and yellowing during foaming. Its low volatility minimizes staining of fabrics. It is often compounded with hindered phenolic antioxidants (such as 1135) and is suitable for flexible foamed products in the automotive, furniture, and textile industries.

2. Polyether and Polyurethane Elastomer Protection:

Used in the synthesis and processing of polyether polyols and polyurethane elastomers (such as TPU), it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation, ensuring the stability of material mechanical properties and appearance. Suitable for shoe materials, rubber rollers, seals, automotive interior parts, etc.

3. Antioxidant for Industrial Lubricants and Greases:

Added to mineral oils, synthetic lubricants (such as PAO and ester oils), greases, internal combustion engine oils, heat transfer oils, high-temperature chain oils, hydraulic oils, etc., it inhibits high-temperature oxidation and viscosity increase, reduces sludge and carbon deposits, extends oil change intervals, and is suitable for high-temperature operating conditions in industrial equipment, engines, and transmission systems. It can also be used in food-grade mixed lubricants.

4. Anti-aging for Rubber and Elastomers:

Used in natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, and elastomers such as SBS and SEBS, it improves resistance to heat and oxygen aging and flexural strength, extending service life. Suitable for tires, seals, hoses, belts, etc., it has a significant synergistic effect with hindered phenolic and thioester antioxidants.

5. Engineering Plastics and Polyolefin Stabilizer:

Suitable for PP, PE, ABS, PS, PVC, etc., preventing thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and use, maintaining the dimensional and mechanical properties of products. Compatible with automotive parts, electronic and electrical housings, pipes, cables, etc. Can be further enhanced with phosphite esters and light stabilizers.

6. Adhesives and Sealants Anti-aging:

Used in epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and other adhesives and sealants, inhibiting thermo-oxidative aging, extending shelf life and service life, maintaining bond strength and elasticity. Compatible with structural adhesives and sealants in construction, automotive, and electronics industries.

7. Synthetic Fiber and Textile Auxiliaries:

Used in the spinning and processing of synthetic fibers (such as polyester and nylon), inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation, improving fiber heat resistance and aging resistance. Compatible with textile fabrics, industrial fabrics, etc., ensuring fiber strength and appearance stability.
