Antioxidant 702 is een gehinderd fenolisch antioxidant, gekenmerkt door goede compatibiliteit, lage vluchtigheid, goede dispersie, lage migratie, goede thermische stabiliteit en hoge antioxidatieve efficiëntie. Het is geschikt voor synthetisch rubber, natuurlijk rubber, polyethyleen, polypropyleen, polystyreen, ABS-hars, vooral voor warmteoverdrachtolie, blusolie, smeerolie en vet bij verwerking op hoge temperatuur. De algemene dosering is 0,1-0,5%.

Antioxidant 702 Application scenarios

1. Polyethylene (PE) Processing:

Used in LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, etc., to inhibit thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature extrusion/injection molding, reducing discoloration and mechanical property decline. Suitable for thick-walled products and long-term outdoor use. Dosage: 0.05%-0.5%. Better when compounded with DLTP/168.

2. Polypropylene (PP) Processing:

Suitable for granulation and molding of homopolymer/copolymer PP, improving thermo-oxidative stability and extending the service life of automotive parts, appliance casings, etc. Compounded with antioxidants 1010/1076. Dosage: 0.05%-0.3%.

3. Synthetic Resins such as PS, ABS, and Polyester:

Used in polystyrene (PS), ABS, AS, PET, PBT, etc., to prevent oxidative aging during processing and use, maintaining stable appearance and performance. Especially suitable for white/light-colored products. Dosage: 0.1%-0.5%.

4. Rubber and Latex Industry:

Used in natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, butadiene rubber, and other synthetic rubbers and latex products to inhibit thermo-oxidative aging, improve the heat and weather resistance of vulcanized rubber, and prevent blooming. The recommended dosage in adhesives and sealants is 0.5%-2.0%.

5. Lubricating Oils and Specialty Oils:

Used in high-temperature heat transfer oils, quenching oils, industrial greases, hydraulic oils, transformer oils, etc., to inhibit oxidative rancidity, viscosity increase, and gum formation, protecting metal parts. The recommended dosage in transformer oils is approximately 0.35%, and in heat transfer oils, 0.1%-0.5%.

6. Food Contact Materials:

Used in PE, PP, and other food contact plastic packaging (films, containers) to prevent material aging and meet safety standards, preventing food contamination and suitable for high-temperature sterilization and long-term storage.

7. Engineering Plastics and Elastomers:

Used in PA, PC, POM, TPE, PU, ​​etc., to inhibit degradation during high-temperature processing, maintain mechanical properties and dimensional stability, suitable for automotive interiors, electronic appliance housings, etc., dosage 0.1%-0.5%.

8. Adhesives and Sealants:

Used in epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and other adhesives and sealants, to prevent oxidation during curing and use, improve aging resistance and bond strength, suitable for outdoor and high-temperature applications, dosage 0.2%-1.0%.

9. Inks and Coatings:

Used in oil-based inks, industrial coatings, and powder coatings, to inhibit resin and pigment oxidation, prevent discoloration, loss of gloss, and decreased adhesion, extend storage and service life, dosage 0.1%-0.3%.
