CHLUMIAO® 300 Gebruik

1. Antioxidant 300 is een thio-bisfenol antioxidant met de dubbele functie van vrije radicaal terminator en hydroperoxide decomposer. Het heeft een goede compatibiliteit, lage vluchtigheid, weerstand tegen waterextractie, lage migratie, goede thermische stabiliteit en hoge antioxidatieve efficiëntie, en kan gebruikt worden in combinatie met thioester antioxidanten of carbon black om uitstekende synergetische effecten te produceren. Het is geschikt voor polyethyleen, polypropyleen, polystyreen, PVC, polybutadieen, synthetisch rubber, smeltlijmen, colofoniumharsen, ABS-harsen, vooral voor polyethyleen draad en kabel, om de treksterkte, smeltindex, rek en elektrische eigenschappen beter te handhaven. De algemene dosering is 0,1-0,5%.

2. Geschikt voor: polyethyleen met de volgende voordelen: beter behoud van de fysische eigenschappen van de grondstoffen (zoals treksterkte, rek, smeltindex, enz.), goed behoud van de elektrische eigenschappen, hoge thermische stabiliteit, verbetering van de weersbestendigheid van producten, anti-aging effect is vier keer het effect van de algemene anti-aging agent, in vergelijking met andere veelgebruikte antioxidanten minder vluchtig, met een speciaal synergetisch effect wanneer gedeeld met carbon black.

Antioxidant 300 Application scenarios

1. Long-term stability of polyethylene products:

Suitable for films, pipes, and injection molded parts of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and use. Compatible with extrusion, blow molding, and injection molding processes, especially suitable for outdoor black polyethylene products, exhibiting good synergy with carbon black.

2. Polyolefin wire and cable materials:

Used for polyethylene insulation layers, sheathing materials, chemically cross-linked/silane cross-linked polyethylene insulation materials, semi-conductive shielding materials, etc., maintaining high-temperature processing stability and long-term electrical insulation performance. Suitable for communication cables, high and low voltage power cables, etc.

3. Polypropylene and copolymer processing:

Used for injection molded parts, fibers, and films of homopolymer/copolymer polypropylene, preventing thermo-oxidative degradation and yellowing during processing, maintaining mechanical properties and melt stability. Suitable for automotive parts, appliance housings, and other long-term use products.

4. Styrene and ABS Resins:

Used in polystyrene (PS), high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), ABS, etc., to inhibit thermo-oxidative aging, maintain the appearance and mechanical properties of products, and are suitable for injection-molded/extruded products such as electronic casings and office supplies.

5. White and Light-Colored Rubber Products:

Used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber (such as EPDM, SBR, NBR), and latex products to prevent oxidative aging during processing, storage, and use, and to avoid discoloration. Suitable for tires, seals, hoses, white conveyor belts, etc.

6. Food Contact Grade Plastics:

Complies with food contact material safety standards in multiple countries. Used in food packaging films, containers, etc., to inhibit thermo-oxidative degradation and ensure material safety and stability.

7. Adhesives and Hot Melt Adhesives:

Used as an antioxidant additive in hot melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, structural adhesives, etc., to inhibit the oxidation of resins, tackifiers, and other components, prevent discoloration and thickening, and improve storage stability and adhesive durability.

8. Coatings and Inks:

Used in industrial coatings, polyester powder coatings, inks, etc., to prevent oxidative yellowing during baking, curing, and storage, improving coating color stability and weather resistance. Suitable for coating applications in construction, home appliances, automobiles, etc.

9. Petroleum and Lubrication Related Products:

Used in lubricating oils, fuel oils, and petroleum derivatives, to inhibit oxidative rancidity and gum formation, extending product shelf life and service life.

10. Rosin Resin and Other Polymer Materials:

Used in rosin resins, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc., to inhibit thermo-oxidative degradation, suitable for plasticizer stabilization, elastomer processing, etc., improving material storage life and service stability.
