Antiossidante a base di arilalcano fosfito, che può essere utilizzato in policarbonato, rivestimenti, poliolefine, ABS e fibre di PET. Può fornire un buon miglioramento del colore e una buona stabilità termica sia durante la lavorazione che nella fase successiva. Come efficiente stabilizzatore ausiliario e agente chelante, se utilizzato in materiali in PVC duri o morbidi, può migliorare il colore e la trasparenza più brillanti e uniformi dei materiali in PVC e migliorare la stabilità termica del PVC. Quantità di aggiunta consigliata: 0,1-2,0%

Antioxidant PDOP Application scenarios

1. PVC Transparency and Stability in Medical Products:

Suitable for both rigid and flexible PVC, especially suitable for transparent sheets, medical catheters, infusion sets, and food-contact packaging films. It inhibits thermal degradation and discoloration during processing, improves transparency and weather resistance, and also has metal chelating properties. It is often compounded with calcium-zinc and barium-zinc metal soaps, typically at a concentration of 0.3%–1.0%.

2. Polyolefin (PE/PP) Processing Protection:

Used for high-temperature processing of polyethylene and polypropylene, such as extrusion and injection molding, it inhibits thermal oxidative degradation and yellowing, reduces the decline in mechanical properties, and is suitable for films, pipes, and injection molded parts. It synergizes with hindered phenolic antioxidants to enhance long-term aging resistance.

3. ABS/HIPS Resin Color Retention:

Prevents thermal oxidative degradation of ABS and HIPS during high-temperature processing, improves yellowing and mechanical property degradation, and enhances the appearance and long-term stability of electronic casings, automotive interiors, and other products.

4. Polyurethane (PU) Anti-yellowing:

Effectively inhibits phenolic yellowing and NOₓ yellowing in PU, improving thermal stability. Suitable for PU foams, elastomers, adhesives, etc., such as furniture foam, automotive seats, sealants, etc. The addition amount in polyether polyol polymerization is approximately 0.5% – 1.5%.

5. Synthetic Rubber Anti-aging:

Compatible with SBR, NBR, BR, and other rubbers, inhibiting oxidative aging during high-temperature mixing, vulcanization, and long-term use, reducing migration and extractability, and improving the durability of elastomers such as tires, seals, and hoses. The addition amount is typically 1.0% – 2.0%.

6. Coatings and Adhesive Systems:

Added to automotive coatings, industrial anti-corrosion coatings, polyurethane adhesives, etc., inhibiting oxidation, yellowing, chalking, and cracking of coatings/adhesive layers, enhancing weather resistance and durability, and extending product lifespan.

7. Engineering Plastic Stabilization:

Used in engineering plastics such as polyester, polycarbonate (PC), and polystyrene (PS), in combination with primary antioxidants to improve thermal stability during processing and use. Suitable for textile fibers, electronic components, and other fields.

8. Composite Stabilizer Blending:

Used to prepare liquid and paste-like composite stabilizers, which produce a synergistic effect when combined with primary antioxidants and UV absorbers, enhancing the overall anti-aging effect. Suitable for various polymer material processing systems.
