1. Long-lasting thermal stability for polyolefins:
Suitable for extrusion, injection molding, and blown film processing of HDPE, LLDPE, PP, and propylene copolymers, inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation and discoloration. Suitable for food contact packaging (containing fatty/non-fatty foods), thin-walled products, and outdoor polyolefin materials. Addition amount: 0.1%-0.25%. Significant synergistic effect when combined with antioxidant 168.
2. Protection for styrene and ABS resins:
Used in polystyrene, HIPS, ABS, etc., to prevent mechanical property degradation and discoloration caused by thermo-oxidative aging during processing and use. Suitable for light-colored/bright-colored products such as appliance housings and daily necessities. Works synergistically with primary antioxidants to ensure product stability.
3. Processing stability for engineering plastics:
Suitable for engineering plastics such as PET, PBT, PC, nylon, and polyurethane, inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing, improving long-term heat resistance and dimensional stability. Suitable for automotive parts, electronic appliance housings, etc. Strengthens processing protection when combined with phosphite esters.
4. Rubber Anti-aging and Modification:
Used in synthetic rubbers such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber to improve resistance to heat and oxygen aging and flexural strength. It causes no coloring pollution and is suitable for light-colored/transparent parts, food contact adhesives, medical tubing, tapes, and seals. It does not affect vulcanization.
5. Food Contact Grade Packaging Materials:
Used in polyolefin films, containers, and sheets for food contact, it meets relevant food contact standards, inhibits heat and oxygen aging of packaging materials, ensures the quality of food inside the packaging, and is suitable for packaging non-fatty and fatty foods. Usage is within compliant limits.
6. Coating and Adhesive Stabilization:
Used as an antioxidant in solvent-based coatings, powder coatings, and epoxy and polyurethane adhesives to prevent yellowing, chalking, and decreased bond strength during high-temperature curing and long-term use. It improves weather resistance and storage stability and is suitable for outdoor coatings and structural adhesives.
7. Synthetic Fiber and Textile Material Protection:
Used in the spinning and processing of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation, improves fiber heat resistance and aging resistance, and is suitable for textile fabrics and industrial textiles, ensuring fiber strength and appearance stability.
8. Industrial Greases and Oils Antioxidant:
Added to mineral oils, synthetic lubricants, hydraulic oils, and greases, it inhibits oxidative rancidity and gum formation, extends oil life, reduces equipment corrosion, and is suitable for industrial lubrication systems under high-temperature conditions.
9. Composite Material and Elastomer Protection:
Used in glass fiber/mineral-filled composite materials and elastomers such as SBS and SEBS, it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation, maintains mechanical properties and elastic stability, and is suitable for automotive interiors, wires and cables, modified elastomers, etc., offering advantages in processing stability and compatibility.
