CHLUMIAO® 80 Kullanımı

Antioksidan 80, iyi uyumluluk, düşük uçuculuk, iyi termal stabilite ve yüksek antioksidan verimliliğe sahip yarı engellenmiş bir fenolik antioksidandır. Mükemmel bir sinerjik etki yaratmak için tiyoesterlerle hidrojen bağı oluşturabilir. Antioksidan etkisi hızlıdır, nitrojen oksit renklenmesini engeller ve ekstraksiyon ve migrasyon kayıplarını önler. Kauçuk molekülleri ile hidrojen bağı, kauçuk sönümleme özelliklerini iyileştirir ve kauçuk gerilme mukavemetini arttırır. Plastikler, kauçuk ve yapıştırıcılar, özellikle termoplastik poliüretan, polifenilen sülfit, poliamid ve poliformaldehit için uygundur. Genel dozaj 0.5-1.0%'dir.

Antioxidant 80 Application scenarios

1. Thermal Stabilization of Polyolefin Materials:

Compatible with PP, HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, etc., for films, pipes, injection molded parts, fibers, etc., inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing and long-term use. Especially suitable for outdoor weather-resistant products. Combining with carbon black and sulfide-based auxiliary antioxidants can improve long-term stability.

2. Anti-aging of Styrene Resins:

Used in ABS, HIPS, PS, SBS, etc., preventing thermo-oxidative yellowing during processing and use, maintaining the appearance and mechanical properties of products. Suitable for injection-molded/extruded products such as electronic casings, home appliance components, and office supplies. Excellent resistance to NOx gas discoloration.

3. Long-term Protection for Engineering Plastics:

Used in PA, PBT, POM, PC, PPS, high-temperature nylon, etc., inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing and long-term service, maintaining dimensional stability and mechanical properties. Suitable for automotive parts, electronic connectors, precision gears, etc.

4. Polyurethane Material Stabilization:

Compatible with TPU, spandex, RIM polyurethane, and polyurethane elastomers, it inhibits oxidative aging during synthesis, processing, and use, improving elasticity and durability. Suitable for footwear materials, seals, elastic fibers, films, and other applications.

5. Synthetic Rubber and Elastomers:

Used with polyisoprene, neoprene, EPDM, styrene-butadiene latex, etc., it prevents oxidative aging during processing, storage, and use, reduces discoloration, and improves tensile strength and damping performance. Suitable for hoses, seals, conveyor belts, etc.

6. Food Contact Grade Polymer Materials:

Complies with FDA and EU food contact standards. Used in food packaging films, containers, seals, etc., it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation, ensuring material safety and stability.

7. Adhesives and Sealants:

Used in hot melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, structural adhesives, sealants, etc., it inhibits oxidation of resins, curing agents, and other components, preventing discoloration and thickening, and improving storage stability and adhesive durability.

8. Coatings and Inks:

Used in industrial coatings, powder coatings, and inks to prevent oxidative yellowing during baking, curing, and storage, improving coating color stability and weather resistance. Suitable for coating applications in construction, home appliances, and automobiles.

9. Recycled Plastic Stabilizer:

Suitable for the secondary processing of recycled materials such as PP, PE, and ABS, inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation and yellowing caused by repeated processing, restoring and improving the performance and appearance of recycled materials.

10. Synergistic Effects in Composite Stabilizing Systems:

Often combined with thioester-based auxiliary antioxidants, phosphite antioxidants, and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) to construct highly efficient antioxidant-weather-resistant systems, suitable for polymer products used outdoors for long periods and at high temperatures.
