Antioxidante de éster de fosfito de trialcano sem fenol e ecologicamente correto, é uma alternativa adequada ao antioxidante TNPP, apresentando baixa volatilidade e excelente resistência à hidrólise. Pode ser amplamente utilizado em polímeros como PVC, borracha, plástico e derivados de petróleo. Ele pode melhorar efetivamente a estabilidade térmica e o desempenho de amarelamento anti-fumaça (NOX) da espuma de poliuretano. Como um eficiente estabilizador auxiliar e agente quelante, é usado em materiais de PVC macio/duro para melhorar efetivamente a estabilidade térmica e a estabilidade à luz do processamento, além de manter a estabilidade da cor e a transparência dos produtos. É um antioxidante eficiente para materiais de borracha, como ABS, SBS, SIS e SEBS. Quantidade de adição sugerida: 0,1-2,0%

Antioxidant TTDP Application scenarios

1. Stabilizes PVC Product Processing

As a heat stabilizer and antioxidant, it inhibits the thermal decomposition of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) during high-temperature processing such as extrusion, injection molding, and calendering, reducing the release of hydrogen chloride (HCl) and preventing yellowing and embrittlement of products. Suitable for PVC pipes, films, profiles, artificial leather, etc., the typical addition amount is 0.1–0.5 phr, meeting the safety requirements for food contact grade PVC products.

2. Anti-aging Modification of Polyolefin Materials

Used in combination with hindered phenolic primary antioxidants (such as Irganox 1010), it is applied to polyolefin materials such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) to inhibit thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and long-term use, protecting the molecular weight and mechanical properties of the material. It can be used in products such as automotive bumpers, appliance housings, food packaging films, and agricultural greenhouse films.

3. Anti-aging of Elastomers and Rubber

In elastomers such as styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), it acts as an antioxidant and metal passivator, preventing materials from hardening, cracking, and losing elasticity due to thermo-oxidative aging and catalytic degradation by metal ions. Suitable for automotive sealing strips, tire liners, hoses, tapes, and other products exposed to outdoor or high-temperature environments for extended periods.

4. Insulation Protection of Wires and Cables

By utilizing its metal passivation function, it chelates copper and iron ions in copper cores and steel armor, inhibiting the catalytic oxidation of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), PVC, and other insulating materials by these metal ions. This improves the long-term aging resistance and insulation reliability of wires and cables, and is widely used in the production of power cables and communication cables.

5. Additive for Lubricating Oils and Metalworking Fluids

As an extreme pressure anti-wear additive, the phosphorus element in its molecules can form a dense protective film on metal friction surfaces, reducing the coefficient of friction and the degree of wear. Often used in synergy with zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP) in industrial gear oils, hydraulic oils, and cutting fluids, suitable for heavy-duty, high-speed, and boundary lubrication conditions.

6. Coating and Adhesive Stabilizer

Prevents pre-crosslinking of UV-cured coatings and adhesives during storage and curing, improves the weather resistance of alkyd resin coatings, and extends the service life of outdoor coatings; it also improves the storage stability of water-based and solvent-based coatings and adhesives, preventing delamination and gelation.

7. High-Temperature Processing Aid for Engineering Plastics

Applied to engineering plastics such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), nylon (PA), and polycarbonate/ABS alloy (PC/ABS), it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature injection molding and extrusion, maintaining the strength, toughness, and surface finish of the products. Suitable for automotive parts, electronic and electrical housings, and other products with high performance requirements.

8. Food Contact Material Additives

Due to their phenol-free and low-toxicity properties, they meet the relevant standards of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and can be used in food contact grade plastics, rubber, coatings, and other materials, ensuring the safety of the materials during processing and use, and preventing the migration of harmful substances into food.

9. Polymer Anti-aging System Blending

As an auxiliary antioxidant, it can be synergistically blended with hindered phenolic and thioether primary antioxidants to construct a highly efficient anti-aging system, significantly improving the weather resistance, heat resistance, and yellowing resistance of polymer materials. It is suitable for outdoor building materials (such as plastic doors, windows, and railings), automotive exterior parts, and other fields with stringent requirements for aging resistance.

10. Fine Organic Synthesis Intermediates

In organic synthesis reactions, it can act as a functional group protecting agent or catalyst, participating in specific selective reactions to ensure the purity and yield of the target product. It is suitable for the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates and specialty chemicals.
