Uso do CHLUMIAO® DSTP

O antioxidante DSTP é um excelente antioxidante auxiliar de tioéster, com maior eficiência antioxidante do que o antioxidante DLTP, frequentemente usado com o antioxidante principal com efeito sinérgico significativo. Melhora significativamente a eficiência antioxidante do antioxidante principal, melhora o desempenho de processamento dos produtos e prolonga a vida útil. Adequado para polipropileno, polietileno, HIPS, resina ABS, graxa lubrificante e borracha sintética. A dosagem geral é de 0,1-1,0%.

Antioxidant DSTP Application scenarios

1. Long-lasting thermal stability for polyolefins:

Used in the extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, and recycling of polyolefins such as HDPE, LLDPE, and PP, it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation and discoloration. Suitable for food contact packaging, thin-walled products, and outdoor polyolefin materials. The typical addition level is 0.1%-1.0%, and it synergizes with antioxidants 1010/1076.

2. Protection for styrene and ABS resins:

Suitable for polystyrene, HIPS, ABS, etc., preventing mechanical property degradation and discoloration caused by thermo-oxidative aging during processing and use. It ensures the stability of light-colored/bright-colored products such as appliance casings and daily necessities, with a significant synergistic effect with primary antioxidants.

3. Processing stability for engineering plastics:

Used in engineering plastics such as PBT, PET, PC, and nylon, it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing, improving the long-term heat resistance and dimensional stability of products. Suitable for automotive parts, electronic and electrical casings, etc. It can be further enhanced with phosphite esters for improved processing protection.

4. Rubber Anti-aging and Modification:

As an auxiliary antioxidant for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber, it improves heat resistance, flexural strength, and crack resistance. It causes no color pollution and is suitable for light-colored/transparent rubber parts, food contact adhesives, medical tubing, tapes, and various seals. It does not affect vulcanization.

5. Industrial Grease and Fuel Antioxidant:

Added to mineral oils, synthetic lubricants, hydraulic oils, and greases, it inhibits oxidative rancidity and gum formation, extends oil life, and reduces equipment corrosion. It is especially suitable for lubrication systems under high-temperature conditions, and its antioxidant performance is superior to DLTDP.

6. Elastomer and Composite Material Protection:

Used in elastomers such as SBS and SEBS, and glass fiber/mineral-filled composites, it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation, maintains stable elasticity and mechanical properties, and is suitable for automotive interiors, wires and cables, modified elastomers, etc., offering advantages in processing stability and compatibility.

7. Stabilization of Coatings and Adhesives:

Used as an antioxidant in solvent-based coatings, powder coatings, and epoxy and polyurethane adhesives to prevent yellowing, chalking, and decreased bond strength during high-temperature curing and long-term use, improving weather resistance and storage stability. Suitable for outdoor coatings and structural adhesives.

8. Antioxidant Properties in Oils and Daily Chemical Products:

Used in synthetic esters, animal and vegetable oils, soaps, and oil-phase components of cosmetics to inhibit oxidative rancidity and odor formation, extending shelf life and complying with relevant cosmetic and food contact regulations.
