Antiossidante a base di estere di pentaeritritolo difosfito, ecologico e privo di fenoli, con un elevato contenuto di fosforo disponibile, che può essere utilizzato come stabilizzante ecologico per il PVC e può migliorare la trasparenza e la resistenza alla temperatura dei prodotti in PVC. Non contiene fenoli liberi e non genera prodotti fenolici durante l'idrolisi o la degradazione. È un antiossidante fosfito completamente fenolico. Aggiunto a materiali ad alto contenuto molecolare come resine (insature), resine senza alcool polietere e resine epossidiche, può proteggere il colore del polimero durante il processo di lavorazione e sintesi e migliorare la stabilità termica del polimero nella fase successiva. Quantità di aggiunta consigliata: 0,1-2,0%

Antioxidant 8608 Application scenarios

1. Polyolefin Processing and Products:

Used in the production of films, fibers, injection molded parts, pipes, and profiles of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE, including LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE). Adding approximately 0.2% to film masterbatches can significantly improve tensile strength retention and inhibit yellowing and embrittlement; in HDPE pressure pipes and PP profiles, it prevents thermal degradation and long-term aging cracking, maintaining structural integrity and dimensional stability.

2. Engineering Plastics Manufacturing:

Compatible with polycarbonate (PC), polyamide (PA), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), etc. Used in electronic and electrical components, automotive gears, connectors, etc., it can prevent thermal degradation during high-temperature processing, improve material thermal stability and long-term durability, and, when combined with UV absorbers, can enhance outdoor weather resistance.

3. PVC Environmentally Friendly Stabilizing System:

As an environmentally friendly auxiliary heat stabilizer for rigid PVC (such as door and window profiles, building components), it inhibits thermal degradation during extrusion, improves initial color and long-term weather resistance, prevents discoloration and degradation of UV resistance, and leaves no free phenol residue, meeting environmental protection requirements.

4. Polyurethane and Polyester Materials:

Applied in the synthesis and processing of polyurethane products, unsaturated resins, and polyester polyols, it protects the color and transparency of materials under synthesis and subsequent high-temperature conditions, improves later-stage thermal stability, and reduces performance degradation caused by oxidation.

5. Coatings and Adhesives:

Used in high-temperature curing coatings and adhesive systems, it prevents coating/adhesive layers from oxidizing, yellowing, losing gloss, and degrading in performance during curing and long-term use, especially suitable for coating formulations requiring high gloss and transparency.

6. Lubricating Oils and Related Fields:

As an antioxidant and anti-wear additive for lubricating oils, it can decompose hydroperoxides and chelate metal ions, delaying the thermal and oxidative aging of oils, improving thermal stability and service life, and is suitable for industrial lubricating oils operating under high temperature and high load conditions.

7. Rubber Industry:

Used in rubber products such as tires and seals, it delays the thermal and oxidative aging of rubber, protecting its elasticity and mechanical properties during processing and long-term use, and reducing performance degradation under high-temperature environments.

8. Other Polymer Materials:

It can also be used in other resins (such as epoxy resins) and composite materials, playing a role in resisting thermal and oxidative aging and protecting color in the processing and application of various polymer materials, ensuring the long-term stability of the materials.
