CHLUMIAO® 626 Utilisation

1. 626 antioxydant amélioré, résistant aux températures élevées, peut être utilisé dans le nylon et d'autres matériaux résistants aux températures élevées.

2. Coantioxydant efficace pour les polymères organiques

3. taux d'écoulement efficace de la matière fondue pendant le traitement thermique des polymères, protection de la couleur du produit

4. principalement utilisé dans les polyoléfines, le polycarbonate (PC), le polyester (PET), le styrène, etc.

5. Bonne synergie avec les principaux antioxydants phénoliques encombrés JADEWIN AN 1010, 1076, etc.

6. Utilisé en combinaison avec des absorbeurs UV à base de benzotriazole et des stabilisateurs de lumière à base d'amines encombrées dans les produits d'extérieur.

Antioxidant 626 Application scenarios

1. Polyolefin Processing Stability:

Compatible with PP, PE, and olefin copolymers, inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation and yellowing during processing and long-term use, protecting the mechanical properties of materials. Used in pipes, agricultural films, appliance housings, automotive interior and exterior parts, etc. Compatible with global polyolefin processing technologies, and synergistically enhanced when compounded with hindered phenols.

2. Engineering Plastics Anti-aging:

Used in PA, PC, PET, PBT, etc., preventing strength loss and discoloration due to thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing and long-term use. Suitable for automotive parts, electronic connectors, mechanical structural components, etc., conforming to international engineering plastics processing standards.

3. Styrene Resin Protection:

Compatible with ABS, HIPS, GPPS, etc., preventing discoloration and cracking caused by thermo-oxidative aging during high-temperature processing and use. Used in electronic appliance housings, office equipment components, toys, etc.

4. Elastomer and Modified Material Stabilization:

Used in elastomers such as EPDM, EVA, and TPE, as well as modified PP/PE, to inhibit performance degradation caused by thermo-oxidative aging. Suitable for sealants, modified asphalt, and footwear materials. Combined with light stabilizers, it can improve weather resistance and complies with international elastomer processing standards.

5. Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Stabilization:

Prevents thermo-oxidative degradation, discoloration, and cross-linking of PVC during processing and use. Suitable for pipes, profiles, and films. Combined with heat stabilizers, it improves processing stability and complies with PVC material application specifications in many countries.

6. Adhesive and Sealant Protection:

Compatible with SBS/SIS hot melt adhesives, solvent-based adhesives, water-based adhesives, and polyurethane sealants, it inhibits the decline in bond strength caused by high-temperature processing and long-term aging. Used in international applications such as packaging, woodworking, and building sealing.

7. Coating and Paint Stabilization:

8. Food Contact Material Compliance and Stabilization:

9. Synthetic Fiber Anti-aging:
