Dieses phenolische und umweltfreundliche Trialkanphosphit-Antioxidationsmittel ist ein wirksamer Hitzestabilisator für Polymere wie Polyolefine, ABS, Polyurethan und Terephthalate. Dieses Produkt kann als Schmieröladditiv verwendet werden, um die antioxidativen, verschleißhemmenden und gegen extremen Druck gerichteten Eigenschaften zu verbessern. Wenn es als effizienter Hilfsstabilisator und Chelatbildner in Hart- und Weich-PVC-Materialien verwendet wird, kann es deren thermische Verarbeitungsstabilität und Lichtstabilität wirksam verbessern. Es kann die Leistung von Polymeren gegen das Verblassen durch Rauchgas in vielen Anwendungsszenarien wirksam verbessern.

Antioxidant TLP Application scenarios

1. PVC Processing Stabilization:

Acting as a heat stabilizer and antioxidant, it inhibits thermal decomposition during processing and reduces HCl release. Adding 0.1-0.5 phr, it is used in pipes, films, and profiles to improve heat and weather resistance, suitable for food contact grade PVC products.

2. Polyolefin Antioxidant Blending:

Blended with phenolic primary antioxidants (such as Irganox 1010) in PP and PE, it inhibits oxidative degradation during processing and use, protecting molecular weight and mechanical properties. Used in automotive parts, appliance casings, and food packaging films.

3. Elastomer and Rubber Anti-aging:

Acting as an antioxidant and metal passivator in elastomers such as SBS, EPDM, and SBR, it prevents thermo-oxidative aging and metal ion-catalyzed degradation, suitable for sealing strips, tires, hoses, and other outdoor or high-temperature applications.

4. Wire and Cable Insulation Protection:

Chondrates copper and iron ions, inhibiting the catalytic oxidation of the insulation layer by the copper core/steel armor, improving the long-term aging resistance and insulation reliability of cross-linked PE and PVC insulation systems, suitable for power cables and communication cables.

5. Lubricating Oils and Metalworking Fluids:

As an extreme pressure anti-wear additive, phosphorus forms a protective film on the metal surface, reducing friction and wear. It is often used in conjunction with ZDDP in industrial gear oils, hydraulic oils, and cutting fluids, suitable for heavy-duty and boundary lubrication conditions.

6. Coating and Adhesive Stabilization:

Prevents pre-crosslinking during the storage and curing of UV-cured coatings/adhesives, improves the weather resistance of alkyd resin coatings, extends the life of outdoor coatings, and improves the stability of water-based/solvent-based systems.

7. High-Temperature Processing of Engineering Plastics:

Used in engineering plastics such as ABS, nylon, and PC/ABS, it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing, maintaining the strength and appearance of products, suitable for automotive parts, electronic housings, and other applications requiring high stability.

8. Food Contact Material Additives:

Due to their phenol-free and low-toxicity properties, they are used in food contact grade plastics, rubber, coatings, etc., meeting FDA requirements and ensuring the safety of materials during processing and use.

9. Construction of Polymer Anti-aging Systems:

As an auxiliary antioxidant, they synergize with hindered phenols and thioether antioxidants to construct highly efficient anti-aging systems, suitable for outdoor building materials, automotive exteriors, and other fields with high weather resistance and heat resistance requirements.

10. Organic Synthesis Intermediates:

Used for functional group protection and selective reactions in specific organic synthesis reactions, ensuring the purity and yield of the target product, suitable for fine chemical and materials synthesis scenarios.
