1. Plastics Industry:

Suitable for PE, PP, PS, PVC, ABS, polyester, cellulose resins, etc., it inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing such as extrusion and injection molding, maintaining the whiteness and mechanical properties of products. It is often compounded with thioester-based auxiliary antioxidants at a dosage of 0.01%-0.5%, especially suitable for white/light-colored products.

2. Rubber Industry:

Used in natural rubber and synthetic rubbers such as styrene-butadiene, nitrile-butadiene, butadiene, and polyurethane as an antioxidant to inhibit thermo-oxidative aging, improving the heat and weather resistance of vulcanized rubber. Combined with anti-ozone agents, it can enhance protection. A dosage of 0.1%-3.0% prevents blooming.

3. Petrochemical Industry:

As an antioxidant additive (referred to as AO-29 in fuels) for lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, transformer oils, turbine oils, fuel oils, etc., it inhibits oil oxidative rancidity, viscosity increase, and gum formation, extending service life. The recommended dosage in transformer oil is approximately 0.35%.

4. Food Industry:

Used as a fat-soluble antioxidant in edible oils, fried foods, biscuits, instant noodles, canned nuts, dried fish products, etc. Maximum usage: 0.2g/kg (based on fat content). Combined with BHA and citric acid for enhanced effect, it delays oil rancidity.

5. Feed Industry:

Used as a feed antioxidant to protect vitamins in feed, reduce fat and protein oxidation loss, and also has weak antibacterial properties. Maximum usage: 150g/t.

6. Food Packaging Materials:

Used in food contact PE and PP films/containers to prevent packaging aging, ensure food safety, and comply with relevant food contact material standards.

7. Cosmetics and Personal Care:

Added to cosmetics, skincare products, conditioners, etc., to prevent oil components from oxidizing and deteriorating, extend shelf life, and is suitable for formulations of creams, lotions, lipsticks, etc.

8. Pharmaceuticals and Fine Chemicals:

Used in pharmaceuticals (such as vitamin preparations), pharmaceutical intermediates, and laboratory chemicals to inhibit the oxidative decomposition of drugs, prevent the formation of peroxides in solvents such as ether, and ensure the stability and safety of drug use.
