Antioxidant 1035 Application scenarios

1. Wire and Cable Materials:

Suitable for insulation layers and sheaths of polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) wires and cables. Also compatible with carbon black-filled systems. Improves processing thermal stability and long-term service stability, reduces the impact of minute contaminants on insulation performance, exhibits good migration resistance, and is suitable for extrusion processes.

2. Polyolefin Products:

Used for injection molded parts, pipes, and film materials of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene, and other polyolefins. Inhibits thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and use, maintains mechanical properties and appearance, and is suitable for extrusion and injection molding processes.

3. Polyurethane Industry:

Applied to polyurethane flexible foam, rigid foam, elastomers, PU shoe materials, etc. Can be compounded with nitrogen-based antioxidants to prevent scorching of flexible foam, inhibits the formation of polyether polyol peroxides, reduces yellowing and fogging of products, and is suitable for forced air cooling processes.

4. Styrene and ABS Resins:

Used in high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), polystyrene (PS), ABS, etc., to inhibit thermo-oxidative aging, maintain the appearance and mechanical properties of products, and are suitable for injection molding and extrusion molding of electronic casings, appliance components, etc.

5. Polyamide Materials:

Suitable for injection molded parts, fibers, and films of polyamides such as nylon 6 and nylon 66, to inhibit thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and long-term use, maintaining the material’s original color and mechanical properties, and are suitable for polycondensation and molding processes.

6. Rubber and Elastomers:

Used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber (such as EPDM, SBS) and elastomers, to prevent oxidative aging during processing, storage, and use, maintaining elasticity and mechanical properties, and are suitable for tires, seals, hoses, etc.

7. Hot Melt Adhesives and Bonding Agents:

As an antioxidant additive in hot melt adhesives and various bonding agents, it inhibits the oxidation of resins, tackifiers, and other components in the system, preventing discoloration and thickening, and improving storage stability and bond durability.

8. Coatings and Polymer Additives:

Used in coatings, inks, and polymer processing aids to prevent oxidative degradation of the system, extend shelf life, maintain product performance stability, and is suitable for various coating processes.

9. Composite Stabilizing Systems:

Can be compounded with phosphite-based auxiliary antioxidants, hindered amine light stabilizers, etc., to construct highly efficient and stable systems, improving the weather resistance and anti-aging properties of materials, suitable for outdoor weather-resistant products.
