UV-3638 Usage
1. UV-3638 is an efficient UV absorber: it has a very wide UV absorption, high temperature processing resistance; high pressure resistance; acid and alkali resistance; no decomposition; no precipitation; no migration; no odour change. Very low volatility, strong absorption efficiency, several times that of ordinary UV absorption, no effect on the colour of the substrate, good compatibility with the resin, not involved in the polymerisation process reaction. Especially for pet and pc has excellent stability. Mainly used in pet fibres; pet films; pet bottle slices, to protect the contents of pet bottles from UV damage. pc co-extruded sunlight panels.
2. UV absorber UV-3638 is a benzoxazinone UV absorber capable of absorbing 200-400 nm of UV light. The absorption range covers UVA, UVB and UVC with a peak absorption of 350 nm. The absorption efficiency is several times that of commonly used UV absorbers, with a heat loss temperature of up to 371 degrees Celsius. It has high temperature resistance, extraction resistance, low volatility, low migration, wide absorption range and high absorption efficiency, as well as delaying colour yellowing and blocking physical loss. It is suitable for PET, PBT, PAR, PES, PSU, PPO, PPS, PC, PA under high temperature processing, especially for transparent PET film, sheet and plate, transparent PC film, sheet and plate, optical film, optical lens, light diffusion plate. The general dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
