and rapid exposure time, with longer shelf-life.

1) organic vinylpyridine resin (SBQ photosensitive resin) Add resistant water –solubility resin with other auxiliary, SBQ photosensitive resin can

make out single-fluid style of resistant water –solubility SBQ photosensitive resin for production of silk printing plate, through which can be

used for water solubility Printing Inks. sizing material mucilage glue. printing material ect. Printing Image on textile ,clothes, towel paper have

strong points of high senitization, good sharpness of separation , smooth surface.

printing ink and so on, it is mainly used for printing products : PCB, Meter, AD brand plate, all kinds of brand, nameplate, decal paper, plastic,

glass, metal, leather and ect.

3) organic vinylpyridine resin (SBQ photosensitive resin) can be supplied for the use of offset printing.

Advantages of SBQ :

1) easy to use, it is single – fluid style, which can be directly used for coat fabric nylon screen plate without any further dispensation.

2) Good thermal stablity. It is not easy to metamorphose if kept under the condition of high temperate and humidity,whose photoresest is

better than diazophotograpic resin or bichromate,can be used for precoated screen version.

3) Esay to make plate, for example, coat fabric, expose, develop.

4) Sensitiveness is high and it is four or five times than diazo photoresest, the range of spectrum is between 315 and 430mm. The peak of

absorption wavelength is about 370mm. It is better to expose to black light lamp or high-voltage mercury lamp.

5) High Capability of develop. Developing directly by water brings many convience , and highly sharpness of separation, clear image and good

quality of printing.

6) Screen printing plate which is made of SBQ photosensitive resin is suitable for various kinds of printing ink material.

7) Plate mould with nylon screen has strong stickness. Rate of printing is high, not easy to mould unloading .

8) Deposed or old plate is eary to raze out in order to reuse.
