Application Instructions

An environmentally friendly and phenol-free pentaerythritol diphosphite ester antioxidant with high effective phosphorus content and no free phenol residue, which is more in line with environmental protection requirements. Pentaerythritol has a spiral-ring structure and excellent heat resistance. It can be applied in high molecular materials such as PVC environmental protection stabilizers, lubricating oils, polyurethane, (unsaturated) resins, polyester polyols, and coatings, and can protect the color and transparency during the processing and synthesis of polymers. It can also improve the later thermal stability of the polymer. It is recommended to be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers for better results. Suggested addition amount: 0.1-2.0%
