Essentially a blend of high-boiling-point solvents\u2014formulated with aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, and esters\u2014their core function is to adjust solvent evaporation rates.\r\n\r\nI recall a client complaining that nitrocellulose lacquers developed whitening and failed to achieve adequate gloss during construction in southern China\u2019s rainy season. On-site testing revealed the surface skin formed too quickly due to rapid solvent evaporation, trapping internal solvent. We added 5% of a mixed solvent-based flow agent (aromatic hydrocarbons + esters compounded) to the formulation, and the issue was resolved instantly.\r\n\r\n<strong><b>\u6838\u5fc3\u7279\u5f81\u4e0e\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u5357<\/b><\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><b><\/b><strong><b>\u5e94\u7528\u573a\u666f<\/b><\/strong>:\u53ea\u89e3\u51b3\u7531\u4ee5\u4e0b\u539f\u56e0\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8d77\u76b1\u3001\u6cdb\u767d\u548c\u5149\u6cfd\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8db3\u95ee\u9898 <strong><b>\u6eb6\u5242\u5e72\u71e5\u901f\u5ea6\u8fc7\u5feb<\/b><\/strong>\u6216 <strong><b>\u7c98\u5408\u5242\u6eb6\u89e3\u6027\u5dee<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b><\/b><strong><b>\u5173\u952e\u63a7\u5236<\/b><\/strong>:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u84b8\u53d1\u7387\uff1a\u592a\u4f4e\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u8584\u819c\u786c\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\uff08\u6211\u66fe\u89c1\u8fc7 7% \u6dfb\u52a0 3 \u5929\u540e\u8584\u819c\u53d8\u8f6f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff09\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u7528\u91cf\u8303\u56f4\uff1a2%-7%\uff08\u57fa\u4e8e\u6d82\u6599\u603b\u91cf\uff09\uff1b\u8d85\u8fc7 7% \u4f1a\u4e25\u91cd\u5ef6\u957f\u5e72\u71e5\u65f6\u95f4\u3002\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><b><\/b><strong><b>\u72ec\u7279\u4f18\u52bf<\/b><\/strong>:\u7528\u4e8e\u5782\u76f4\u6d82\u5c42\uff08\u5982\u785d\u5316\u7ea4\u7ef4\u6f06\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u6539\u5584\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u5149\u6cfd\u5ea6\u5e76\u9632\u6b62\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u9ad8\u6e7f\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u8d77\u96fe\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b><\/b><strong><b>\u9677\u9631\u8b66\u544a<\/b><\/strong>:\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u6d41\u5e73\u5242\u534f\u540c\u4f7f\u7528\uff1b\u5355\u72ec\u4f7f\u7528\u6548\u679c\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u52a0\u4e0b\u5782\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><strong><b>1.2 \u4e19\u70ef\u9178 <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u7b49\u7ea7\u4ee3\u7406<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>:\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u548c\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u91cd\u6d82\u6027<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\r\nThese are the current \u201cworkhorses\u201d in the market, and their acrylic copolymer structure grants superior compatibility. In the industrial coating projects I oversee today, 80% use acrylic Leveling Agents.\r\n\r\nTheir core mechanism lies in functional groups in the molecular structure: \u2212COOH and \u2212OH adjust compatibility, alkyl esters provide surface activity, and molecular weight directly impacts spreading performance\u2014this explains why acrylic <a href=\"https:\/\/changhongchemical.com\/\">\u7b49\u7ea7\u4ee3\u7406<\/a>\u00a0\u4e0d\u540c\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u6d41\u901f\u4e5f\u5927\u76f8\u5f84\u5ead\u3002\r\n\r\n<strong><b>\u6838\u5fc3\u7279\u5f81\u4e0e\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u5357\u7a81\u51fa\u4f18\u52bf<\/b><\/strong>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u6781\u4f73\u7684\u4e34\u754c\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u7edd\u5927\u591a\u6570\u6d82\u6599\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u5185\u7f6e\u6ce1\u6cab\u6291\u5236\u548c\u6d88\u6ce1\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u989d\u5916\u6d88\u6ce1\u5242\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u91cd\u6d82\u6027\uff1a\u5e26\u6709\u5c11\u91cf -OH\/-COOH \u57fa\u56e2\u7684\u578b\u53f7\u53ef\u91cd\u6d82 5 \u6b21\u800c\u4e0d\u8d77\u76b1\uff08\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff09\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong><b>\u4e3b\u8981\u8bf4\u660e<\/b><\/strong>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u8fc7\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4f7f\u6781\u6027\u76f8\u5339\u914d\uff08\u6211\u66fe\u56e0\u5ffd\u7565\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\u68c0\u67e5\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u805a\u6c28\u916f\u6d82\u5c42\u8fb9\u7f18\u51fa\u73b0\u51f9\u5751\uff09\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u9009\u62e9\u4e0e\u6d82\u6599\u7c98\u5ea6\u76f8\u4e00\u81f4\uff1a\u9ad8\u7c98\u5ea6\u6d82\u6599\u91c7\u7528\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u4f4e\u7c98\u5ea6\u4f53\u7cfb\u91c7\u7528\u4f4e\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u6a21\u578b\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><strong><b>1.3 \u7845\u57fa <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u7b49\u7ea7\u4ee3\u7406<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>:\u53cc\u6d41\u548c\u6d88\u6ce1\u6548\u679c--\u6539\u6027\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\u6709\u673a\u7845\u6d41\u5e73\u5242\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u4f18\u52bf\u662f\u8868\u9762\u5f20\u529b\u4f4e\uff08\u805a\u4e8c\u7532\u57fa\u7845\u6c27\u70f7\u7684\u8868\u9762\u5f20\u529b\u7ea6\u4e3a 20 mN\/m\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5176\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\u548c\u6d88\u6ce1\u6027\u80fd\u8fdc\u8fdc\u5f3a\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u6d41\u5e73\u5242\u3002\u4f46\u662f <strong><b>\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u81f4\u547d\u5f31\u70b9<\/b><\/strong>.\r\n\r\nEarly in my career, I used unmodified polydimethylsiloxane directly, resulting in severe cratering in an entire batch of coatings and a loss of nearly 100,000 RMB. \u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u70b9\uff1a\u4ece\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u5230\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u751f\u4ea7<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<h3><strong><b>2.1 \u9009\u62e9\u903b\u8f91\uff1a\u9996\u5148\u8003\u8651\u6d82\u5c42\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u8003\u8651\u529f\u80fd\u9700\u6c42<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\u8bb8\u591a\u7528\u6237\u5728\u9009\u62e9\u65f6\u53ea\u5173\u6ce8 \"\u6d41\u91cf\u6027\u80fd\"\u3002 <a
