Commonly available grades include: 184, 2959, 651, 907, 369, <a href=\"https:\/\/changhongchemical.com\/product\/irgacure-1173-cas-7473-98-5\/\">1173<\/a>, 819, TPO, MBF, 754, etc.<\/li>\n<li>\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u6c22\u6e05\u9664\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u5728\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0a\u6e90\u81ea\u4e8c\u82ef\u7532\u916e\u6216\u6742\u73af\u916e\u3002\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u724c\u53f7\u5305\u62ecBP\u3001ITX\u30012-EA\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6c22\u6e05\u9664\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u9700\u8981\u8f85\u52a9\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u6765\u6fc0\u6d3b\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8f85\u52a9\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u662f\u6d3b\u6027\u80fa\u548c\u53d4\u80fa\u578b\u82ef\u7532\u9178\u916f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><b>\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u7684\u9009\u62e9<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u5728\u5149\u56fa\u5316\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\u5f15\u53d1\u805a\u5408\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u6548\u679c--\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u73b0\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6027\u80fd--\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u4f53\u7cfb\u3001\u8f90\u7167\u6761\u4ef6\u548c\u4ea7\u54c1\u6210\u5206\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u548c\u8c10\u4e92\u52a8\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u827a\u548c\u4ea7\u54c1\u914d\u65b9\u9009\u62e9\u5408\u9002\u7684\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u5c24\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0b\u6587\u5c06\u8be6\u7ec6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u7b5b\u9009\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5176\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u5177\u4f53\u6848\u4f8b\u8fdb\u884c\u8bf4\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u7684\u5438\u6536\u5149\u8c31\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0e\u5149\u6e90\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\u5149\u8c31\u76f8\u5339\u914d\u3002<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5149\u6e90\u5305\u62ec\u6c5e\u706f\u3001LED \u706f\u3001\u65e0\u6781\u706f\u548c\u91d1\u5c5e\u5364\u5316\u7269\u706f\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u6c5e\u706f\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u6700\u4e3a\u5e7f\u6cdb\uff0c\u5176\u53d1\u5c04\u5149\u8c31\u5728 200-450 \u7eb3\u7c73\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u901a\u7528\u5149\u6e90\u3002LED \u706f\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7528\u4e8e\u4f4e\u80fd\u91cf\u56fa\u5316\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5176\u53d1\u5c04\u6ce2\u957f\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728 365\/375\/385\/395\/405 \u7eb3\u7c73\u5de6\u53f3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u9009\u62e9\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u9009\u62e9\u5728\u5149\u6e90\u53d1\u5c04\u5149\u8c31\u7684\u76f8\u5e94\u6ce2\u6bb5\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u660e\u663e\u5438\u6536\u7279\u6027\u7684\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76\uff1a <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u51dd\u80f6\u4eae\u6cb9\u914d\u65b9\u4e2d\uff0c\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u5728\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u53d7\u5230\u5149\u6e90\u7684\u9650\u5236\u3002\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u7f8e\u7532\u706f\u4f7f\u7528\u4e24\u79cd\u706f\u7ba1\uff1a\u8367\u5149\u706f\u7ba1\u548c LED \u706f\u7ba1\u3002\u8367\u5149\u706f\u7ba1\u7684\u6ce2\u957f\u5728 370-420nm \u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u800c LED \u706f\u7ba1\u7684\u6ce2\u957f\u5728 365nm\/395nm \u5de6\u53f3\u3002\u4e24\u8005\u90fd\u5728\u957f\u6ce2\u533a\u57df\u53d1\u5149\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u5438\u6536\u8f83\u957f\u6ce2\u957f\u7684\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8868 1 \u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u5e38\u89c1\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u7684\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fbe\u5230\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u5f15\u53d1\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5e94\u9009\u62e9\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u6ce2\u957f\u9ad8\u4e8e 365 \u7eb3\u7c73\u7684\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\uff0c\u5982 TPO \u548c 819\u3002\u867d\u7136 784 \u7684\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u6ce2\u957f\u66f4\u957f\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u6210\u672c\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5176\u5e02\u573a\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e2d\uff0cTPO \u548c 819 \u5728\u6240\u6709\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u4e2d\u8868\u73b0\u6700\u4f73\uff0c\u4e0e\u9884\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u4e00\u81f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone 1\uff0c\u5c06 TPO\/819\/651 \u7b49\u957f\u6ce2\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u4e0e 184\/1173 \u7b49\u77ed\u6ce2\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u7ed3\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u4ea7\u751f\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><b>\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76\uff1a<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728 UV \u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6df1\u5ea6\u56fa\u5316\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u9ed1\u767d\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c907\/ITX + 184 \u548c 369\/ITX + 184 \u7ec4\u5408\u7684\u6548\u679c\u4e5f\u975e\u5e38\u51fa\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u4e3a\u6709\u9ec4\u53d8\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u4f53\u7cfb\u9009\u62e9\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u6e05\u6f06\u548c\u767d\u8272\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\uff0c\u8010\u9ec4\u53d8\u6027\u80fd\u662f\u8bc4\u4f30\u6d82\u819c\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6307\u6807\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u9009\u62e9\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u8010\u9ec4\u53d8\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u6811\u8102\u548c\u5355\u4f53\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u5e94\u5c3d\u91cf\u51cf\u5c11\u5149\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u7684\u9ec4\u53d8\u503e\u5411\u3002\u5728\u5171\u8f6d\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u542b\u6709 N-\u4e8c\u7532\u57fa\u6c28\u57fa\u7b49\u53d6\u4ee3\u57fa\u7684\u5149\u805a\u5408\u5f15\u53d1\u5242\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u8f90\u7167\u8bf1\u5bfc\u9ec4\u53d8\u503e\u5411\u3002\u540c\u6837\uff0c\u6d3b\u6027\u80fa\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u6b64\u7c7b\u53d6\u4ee3\u57fa\u4e5f\u4f1a\u52a0\u5267\u9ec4\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8868 2
