1. Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Products:
Used in PVC resins and PVC plastisols to prevent aging, discoloration, and embrittlement of products in outdoor or strong light environments, extending their service life. Suitable for PVC pipes, sheets, films, cable sheaths, etc.
2. Unsaturated Polyester Materials:
Added to unsaturated polyester resins to improve their weather resistance. Applicable to fiberglass products, polyester coatings, buttons, artificial stone, etc., preventing performance degradation and appearance deterioration due to UV radiation.
3. Polyurethane (PU) Products:
Used in polyurethane foams, elastomers, adhesives, coatings, etc., to enhance the UV resistance of polyurethane materials and prevent yellowing, cracking, and mechanical property degradation during use.
4. Polyamide (Nylon) Materials:
Used in nylon fibers and engineering plastics to improve the light aging resistance of nylon materials. Suitable for outdoor nylon ropes, automotive parts, electronic and electrical housings, etc.
5. Synthetic Fiber Field:
Added during the spinning process of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon to improve the UV resistance of the fibers, making outdoor textiles such as clothing, tents, and sunshades less prone to fading and aging.
6. Epoxy Resin Related Products:
Used in epoxy resin adhesives, coatings, electronic packaging materials, etc., to protect the stability of epoxy resins in outdoor or strong light environments, preventing problems such as delamination, coating powdering, and packaging failure.
7. Other Plastics and Organic Materials:
Can also be applied to acrylic resins, ABS resins, polystyrene, and other plastics, as well as some organic coatings and inks, as a general-purpose UV absorber to improve the weather resistance and light stability of various materials.
