Gebruik:<\/strong><\/p>\n

De fotoinitiator TPO heeft een zeer breed toepassingsgebied. In de druksector is het als een precieze sleutel die de deur opent naar drukwerk van hoge kwaliteit, of het nu gaat om zeefdrukinkten, lithografische inkten of flexografische inkten. Het speelt ook een unieke rol in houtcoatings.<\/p>\n

TPO is een zeer effectieve radicale (1) fotoinitiator die gebaseerd is op een diepgaand chemisch principe. Het heeft absorptiekenmerken in het langegolflengtegebied die niet voorkomen in gewone stoffen. De effectieve absorptiepiek ligt tussen 350 en 400 nanometer, terwijl de absorptiepiek van conventionele initiatoren meestal rond de 420 nanometer ligt. Deze langere absorptiepiek is van groot belang in vergelijking met traditionele initiators. Net als een professionele scherpschutter heeft het een groter bereik. Bij blootstelling aan licht kan het precies de twee vrije radicalen benzoyl en fosfiet vormen, die snel de polymerisatiereactie starten. Dit is als een goed gechoreografeerde dans, waarbij elke beweging precies goed is, wat de snelheid van lichtuitharding enorm verbetert.
\nBovendien heeft TPO een fotoblekenfunctie, die als bij toverslag werkt. Het is erg goed in het uitharden van dikke films en vergelingsstabiele coatings. Dit doet ons denken aan de restauratie van culturele relikwie\u00ebn die langdurig bewaard moeten worden en hoge eisen stellen aan het uiterlijk. Bij sommige speciale beschermende coatingtoepassingen kan deze eigenschap van TPO ervoor zorgen dat de coating lang stabiel blijft en het uiterlijk en het behoud van de culturele relikwie\u00ebn niet aantast door vergeling. In de industri\u00eble productie, voor producten met strenge eisen voor uiterlijk en kwaliteit, zoals houtcoatings voor hoogwaardige meubels, zorgt deze functie er ook voor dat het product jarenlang zo goed als nieuw blijft.<\/p>\n

Uit de resultaten van concrete experimenten blijkt dat er strikte eisen zijn voor de hoeveelheid TPO die in verschillende systemen wordt gebruikt. Over het algemeen moet de hoeveelheid van dit product 0,5 - 4% w\/w zijn. Dit is de conclusie na talloze experimenten en gegevensanalyse. Net als bij het bereiden van een delicaat gerecht, moet de hoeveelheid van elke smaakmaker nauwkeurig worden gecontroleerd om de beste resultaten te bereiken.<\/p>\n

TPO wordt gebruikt in een brede waaier coatings en materialen. Het wordt gebruikt in UV-uithardbare coatings, drukinkten, UV-uithardende kleefstoffen, coatings voor optische vezels, fotolakken, fotopolymeerplaten, stereolithografieharsen, composietmaterialen, tandvullingen, enz. Neem tandvullingen als voorbeeld. Ze moeten stabiel en veilig zijn in de complexe mondomgeving. De lage vluchtigheid en effici\u00ebnte initi\u00ebringseigenschappen van TPO garanderen de kwaliteit van de vulling tijdens het uithardingsproces en bieden bescherming voor de mondgezondheid van de pati\u00ebnt. In systemen op waterbasis is het door zijn lage vluchtigheid ook een ideale keuze, wat in overeenstemming is met moderne milieubeschermingsconcepten en potenti\u00eble schade aan het milieu en de menselijke gezondheid beperkt.
\nTPO is ook uitstekend in witte systemen, waar het volledige uitharding kan bereiken op witte of sterk titanium-gedoteerde gepigmenteerde oppervlakken. Het proces is als een perfecte goochelshow, zonder vergeling na uitharding en zonder residu door lage post-polymerisatie-effecten. Het heeft ook unieke voordelen in transparante coatings en is bijzonder geschikt voor producten met lage geurvereisten, zoals drukinkten voor voedselverpakkingen. Wanneer we voedselverpakkingen openen, ruiken we geen penetrante geuren en dat is te danken aan TPO.<\/p>\n

Laten we een nieuwe hypothese opstellen: als er bij toekomstige ruimteverkenning lichtinitiatoren moeten worden gebruikt in de buitenste coating van ruimtevaartuigen, zou TPO dan de eerste keuze zijn? De ruimteomgeving is complex en stelt extreem hoge eisen aan de stabiliteit en stralingsbestendigheid van materialen. De eigenschappen van TPO kunnen aan deze eisen voldoen. De snelle uitharding bij licht en de goede stabiliteit kunnen nieuwe oplossingen bieden voor de bescherming van ruimtevaartuigen.<\/p>\n

Bij het gebruik van TPO is er \u00e9\u00e9n belangrijk ding om op te letten: het mag niet in het licht bewaard en gebruikt worden. Net zoals kostbare medicijnen speciale bewaarcondities vereisen, kan licht de eigenschappen van TPO aantasten, de chemische structuur beschadigen en daarmee de effectiviteit in praktische toepassingen.
\nDe aanbevolen dosering van TPO varieert in verschillende systemen. In gekleurde systemen is de aanbevolen dosering 0,5-3,0%, terwijl in transparante systemen de aanbevolen dosering 0,3-2,0% is. Het is alsof er verschillende regels gelden voor verschillende racebanen. Alleen door deze regels te volgen kan TPO in elk systeem optimaal worden benut, kunnen perfecte uithardingsresultaten worden behaald en kan de productkwaliteit worden gegarandeerd.<\/p>\n

TPO is een zeer effici\u00ebnte fotoinitiator van het type vrije radicaal (I). Vanwege zijn brede absorptiebereik ligt de effectieve absorptiepiek tussen 350 en 400 nm en absorbeert het tot ongeveer 420 nm. De absorptiepiek is langer dan die van conventionele initiators en er kunnen twee vrije radicalen, benzoyl en fosforyl, worden gegenereerd na blootstelling aan licht. Beide kunnen polymerisatie initi\u00ebren, dus de fotocureersnelheid is snel. Het heeft ook een fotobleaching effect. Het is geschikt voor diepe uitharding van dikke films en de coating wordt niet geel.
