Vergeleken met traditionele kwiklamp uitharding, heeft UV LED uitharding ook bepaalde beperkingen. Ze absorberen stralingsenergie, ondergaan chemische veranderingen bij excitatie en genereren reactieve tussenproducten (vrije radicalen of kationen) die polymerisatiereacties kunnen starten.<\/p>\n<p>Op basis van de golflengte van het geabsorbeerde licht kunnen fotoinitiatoren worden onderverdeeld in ultraviolette fotoinitiatoren (golflengte 250 nm-400 nm) en fotoinitiatoren voor zichtbaar licht (golflengte 400 nm-700 nm). Volgens het mechanisme van fotopolymerisatie worden ze ingedeeld in fotoinitiatoren van het radicale type en fotoinitiatoren van het kationische type.<\/p>\n<p>Radicale initiatoren kunnen verder worden onderverdeeld in twee typen op basis van hun radicaal-genererende mechanismen: initiatoren van het splitsingstype (ook bekend als type I initiatoren) en initiatoren van het waterstof-afvangingstype (ook bekend als type II initiatoren).<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Cracking-type radicale fotoinitiatoren<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Crack-type radicale fotoinitiatoren verwijzen naar moleculen die na absorptie van lichtenergie overgaan naar een aangeslagen singlettoestand en vervolgens intersysteemovergangen ondergaan naar een aangeslagen triplettoestand. Dit genereert primaire actieve radicalen die de polymerisatie en verknoping van oligomeren en actieve verdunningsmiddelen initi\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>Cracking-type radical photoinitiators are predominantly arylalkyl ketone compounds, including phenylcoumarins and their derivatives (e.g., benzoic acid ethers), phenylcoumaric acid and its derivatives (e.g., 651), phenylacetone derivatives (e.g., DEAP), \u03b1-hydroxyketone derivatives (e.g., 1173, 184, 2959), \u03b1-aminoalkylphenylacetones (907, 369), and acylphosphine oxides (TPO, <a href=\"https:\/\/changhongchemical.com\/product\/photoinitiator-tpo-l-cas-84434-11-7\/\">TPO-L<\/a>, 819).<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Waterstof-afvangende radicale fotoinitiatoren<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Waterstofsparende fotoinitiatoren verwijzen naar fotoinitiatormoleculen die lichtenergie absorberen, excitatie en intersysteemkruising ondergaan om de aangeslagen triplettoestand te bereiken en vervolgens een bimoleculaire reactie ondergaan met een co-initiator - een waterstofdonor.
