UV-3638 Utilisation<\/h2>\n

1. L'UV-3638 est un absorbeur d'UV efficace : il a une tr\u00e8s grande capacit\u00e9 d'absorption des UV, une r\u00e9sistance au traitement \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une r\u00e9sistance aux acides et aux alcalis, aucune d\u00e9composition, aucune pr\u00e9cipitation, aucune migration, aucun changement d'odeur. Tr\u00e8s faible volatilit\u00e9, forte efficacit\u00e9 d'absorption, plusieurs fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l'absorption ordinaire des UV, aucun effet sur la couleur du substrat, bonne compatibilit\u00e9 avec la r\u00e9sine, ne participe pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9action du processus de polym\u00e9risation. Particuli\u00e8rement pour les animaux de compagnie et les PC, il pr\u00e9sente une excellente stabilit\u00e9. Principalement utilis\u00e9 dans les fibres pour animaux de compagnie, les films pour animaux de compagnie, les tranches de bouteilles pour animaux de compagnie, pour prot\u00e9ger le contenu des bouteilles pour animaux de compagnie des dommages caus\u00e9s par les UV, les panneaux solaires coextrud\u00e9s en PC.<\/p>\n

2. Absorbeur d'UV L'UV-3638 est un absorbeur d'UV \u00e0 base de benzoxazinone capable d'absorber 200 \u00e0 400 nm de lumi\u00e8re UV. La gamme d'absorption couvre les UVA, les UVB et les UVC, avec un pic d'absorption \u00e0 350 nm. L'efficacit\u00e9 d'absorption est plusieurs fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des absorbeurs UV couramment utilis\u00e9s, avec une temp\u00e9rature de perte de chaleur pouvant atteindre 371 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Il pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'extraction, une faible volatilit\u00e9, une faible migration, une large plage d'absorption et une efficacit\u00e9 d'absorption \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ainsi qu'une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 retarder le jaunissement des couleurs et \u00e0 bloquer la perte physique. Il convient aux PET, PBT, PAR, PES, PSU, PPO, PPS, PC, PA soumis \u00e0 un traitement \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, en particulier aux films, feuilles et plaques transparents en PET, aux films, feuilles et plaques transparents en PC, aux films optiques, aux lentilles optiques et aux plaques de diffusion de la lumi\u00e8re.
