1. Le TMPTA appartient \u00e0 la famille des polyols acryliques, qui sont d'importants monom\u00e8res multifonctionnels \u00e0 haute activit\u00e9. L'ester acide dilu\u00e9 de trim\u00e9thylpropyl\u00e8ne a une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en double liaison mol\u00e9culaire et une vitesse de durcissement rapide. C'est un excellent agent de r\u00e9ticulation et de durcissement. En raison du point d'\u00e9bullition \u00e9lev\u00e9 du triacrylate de trim\u00e9thylolpropane, il n'y a pas de volatilisation de solvant pendant le processus de durcissement. Il est non seulement respectueux de l'environnement, mais aussi tr\u00e8s \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie. 2. Le TMPTA est une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 nouvellement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans les produits de la s\u00e9rie acrylique, et est un monom\u00e8re fonctionnel acrylique trifonctionnel important. Triacrylate de trim\u00e9thylolpropane Utilisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Le monom\u00e8re TMPTA (TRIACRYLATE DE TRIMETHYLOLPROPANE) est un diluant r\u00e9actif largement utilis\u00e9 dans les rev\u00eatements et les encres durcissables \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re ultraviolette (UV) et au faisceau d'\u00e9lectrons (EB).<\/p>\n

2. Le monom\u00e8re TMPTA peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme activateur de vulcanisation pour les caoutchoucs sp\u00e9ciaux. Les caoutchoucs sp\u00e9ciaux tels que le caoutchouc \u00e0 chevrons \u00e9thyl\u00e8ne-propyl\u00e8ne et le caoutchouc EPDM, le caoutchouc chlor\u00e9, le caoutchouc silicone, le polyur\u00e9thane, le copolym\u00e8re \u00e9thyl\u00e8ne\/ac\u00e9tate de vinyle (EVA), l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne chlor\u00e9 (CPE), etc. sont difficiles \u00e0 vulcaniser, et le peroxyde organique (tel que DCP, BPO) est utilis\u00e9 pour la vulcanisation.
