218 Application scenarios

1. Cationic UV/Thermal Curing Coatings:

Used as a bifunctional reactive diluent or crosslinking monomer in cationic UV/thermal curing coating formulations, it reduces system viscosity and increases crosslinking density. The cured coating exhibits excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, and adhesion, suitable for industrial protection and decoration of substrates such as metals, plastics, and wood, especially for demanding corrosion-resistant coating systems.

2. Electronic Materials and Packaging:

Used in printed circuit board (PCB) solder mask inks, electronic component encapsulation materials, and insulating coatings. Its low viscosity improves processing performance, and the cured material exhibits stable dielectric properties and excellent insulation, ensuring the stable operation of electronic devices in complex environments such as high humidity, high temperature, and low temperature.

3. Optical Material Preparation:

Applied in optical films and optical adhesives, it reduces volume shrinkage during the curing process, improving the dimensional stability and light transmission performance of optical components, meeting the high-precision requirements of optical lenses and display devices.

4. Ink Industry:

Used as a reactive diluent in UV-curing inks, reducing ink viscosity to suit screen printing and flexographic printing processes. The cured ink film has good abrasion resistance and weather resistance, suitable for packaging printing and other applications.

5. Adhesives and Sealants:

Used in the preparation of cationic curing adhesives and sealants, improving product flowability and enhancing the bonding strength and sealing effect on various substrates such as metals, ceramics, and engineering plastics, suitable for bonding and sealing industrial components.

6. Composite Material Matrix Resins:

Combined with other cationic curing resins, it is used to prepare high-performance composite materials, improving the mechanical strength, aging resistance, and processing flowability of the materials, suitable for the preparation of structural components with stringent material performance requirements in aerospace and automotive manufacturing.
